Miscellaneous
This agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Glen Cove, New York, and should be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. By use of the Site, you expressly submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in Nassau County, New York. Should any part of this agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
